We ship with GLS.
- Shipments to the courier will be entrusted every day
- Orders received by 11.00 am will leave the same day as the order, barring unforeseen circumstances.
At the time of departure of the order, an email notification will be sent with all the data of the shipment.
We deliver throughout the Italian territory, including the islands.
We also reach: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Delivery, in the Italian territory, is free for orders starting from € 79.00
Below, the cost of transport is € 8.50.
We also offer the delivery service with our vehicle up to a radius of 15km from our warehouse. The service asks for a supplement of € 3.00.
The Delivery service is free within 2km from our warehouse.
A more eco-sustainable lifestyle necessarily implies greater responsibility for purchases and consumption. We therefore urge you to contact us before purchasing in case of doubts relating to the products for sale and to return only and exclusively in the case of defective goods, in order to limit the environmental impact of transport.
Any return has a cost equal to that of shipping and is charged to the customer.
Return requests must be made as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the order.
In any case, returns of cosmetic, personal hygiene and intimate products will not be accepted.
With the exception of defective items, we will only accept the return of items still packaged in their original packaging, undamaged and in perfect condition.
To make the return it is necessary to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following data:

- Telephone number
- Order number
- Description of the products you wish to return
- The reasons for the return with photos
