HOW TO USE:
HAIR
Mix the required amount of Amla in a bowl with hot water to form a thick paste and let it rest for at least two hours. Apply the mixture to cover the hair and scalp and leave it on for at least 15 minutes. If the hair is greasy and dirty, the mixture can be left longer. Rinse with water only for a nice shine and shine.
FOR THE FACE
Mix a tablespoon of Amla with warm water, apply it all over the face, leaving it on for ten minutes. Gently remove the mask, rinse and apply a moisturizer.
